Lauren Graf

Lauren Graf, MS, RD is a registered dietitian and contributing writer for the skinnyCookbook. She received her BS and RD degree from the University of Connecticut and her MS from New York University. In addition to writing for Skinny in the City, she works as a dietitian at Montefiore Medical Center, providing nutrition counseling to children and adolescents faced with various chronic diseases including obesity, hypertension, high cholesterol, and chronic kidney disease. She has also written for a number of professional and academic publications.
